I am Kathleen Deviaene, Founder of Continental Passage. I am both a US citizen and Belgian citizen and I spend my time equally on both continents. Continental Passage has a local network of partners in both continents so we can act effectively in solving each step for your student.
We navigated the entire Continental-Europe university process firsthand, for our own family — from the first decision all the way through to a settled, established student abroad. Every application, every visa, every housing search, every arrival.
What began as one family’s move grew, organically, into helping other US families set up their students — first in the Netherlands and Belgium, now across Continental Europe. Our founder leads that work personally, backed by a network of vetted local partners on the ground. Families don’t come to us for information they could look up; they come because we have completed this, and we know how to complete it for them.
